The gospel of Jesus Christ
This is going to be short and right to the point. All of us are sinners, because of Adam's sin. When he became carnal and sinful,
he caused every person that would be born after him to be carnal and sinful.

Romans 5:12 “Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for
that all have sinned:”

We are all sinners in need of a savior. We cannot save ourselves.

Job 15:14-16 “What is man, that he should be clean? and he which is born of a woman, that he should be righteous? Behold,
he putteth no trust in his saints; yea, the heavens are not clean in his sight. How much more abominable and filthy is man,
which drinketh iniquity like water?”

Isaiah 64:6 “But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags; and we all do fade as a leaf; and
our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away.”

God became a man in order to be our savior.

John 1:1 “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.”

John 1:14 “And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of
the Father,) full of grace and truth.”

Jesus is God in the flesh. He came and died as a sacrifice for our sin.

Isaiah 53:5-6 “But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace
was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned everyone to his own way;
and the LORD hath laid on him the iniquity of us
ALL.”

2 Corinthians 5:21 “For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God

Isaiah 53:10 “Yet it pleased the LORD to bruise him; he hath put him to grief: when thou shalt make his soul an offering for sin,
he shall see his seed, he shall prolong his days, and the pleasure of the LORD shall prosper in his hand.”

Right before Jesus died, He said in
John 19:30, “It is finished” Our sin has been paid for. We are all saved by the blood of Jesus!

1 Timothy 4:10 “For therefore we both labour and suffer reproach, because we trust in the living God, who is the Saviour of ALL
men, specially of those that believe.”

1 John 2:2 “And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world.”

1 Timothy 2:6 “Who gave himself a ransom for ALL, to be testified in due time.”

1 Corinthians 15:22-23 “For as in Adam
ALL die, even so in Christ shall ALL be made alive. But every man in his own order:
Christ the firstfruits; afterward they that are Christ’s at his coming.”

Romans 4:24-25 “But for us also, to whom it shall be imputed, if we believe on him that raised up Jesus our Lord from the dead;
Who was delivered for our offences, and was raised again for our justification.”

Ephesians 1:7 “In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace;”

Romans 5:8-10 “But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Much more then,
being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him. For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled
to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.”

When Jesus went out commanding people to repent and believe the gospel, He was not telling them to do any works or turn
from their sins in order to be saved. He was telling them to change their mind from the beliefs that they had and believe the
gospel. He wanted them to stop trying to earn salvation and believe that He really is the savior of the world.
